Dean Calcutt - Managing Director
With over 20 years of experience in the construction and energy sectors, Dean brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to our team. As a time-served electrician and chartered construction manager (MCIOB), Dean has a strong technical background, which he has honed and expanded throughout his extensive career.
Dean has successfully delivered projects exceeding £500 million in total value, demonstrating his capacity to manage large-scale schemes in both the private and social housing sectors. He has specialised in external wall insulation, overseeing energy efficiency improvements to over 10,000 homes. This work has made a significant impact on environmental sustainability and provided substantial cost savings for clients.

Queens Cross Cedar Court
Consisting of the refurbishment of three high rise towers in the Woodside area of Glasgow inclusive of External Wall Insulation, targeting the EnerPHit standard built in the 1960s, now look like new, and perform better than most new builds, providing warmth and comfort to the tenants of 314 homes.
All England Lawn Tennis Club Practice Facility
This included redeveloping the grassland area to extend this community and player practice facility to construct 16 new grass courts to Championship standards, as well as three acrylic courts, a new air dome and associated enclosures, winter sports pitches and a steel-framed maintenance building inclusive of Solar PV, ASHP and BMS plus service yard.
SHDF/LAD/HUG
Delivery of over 25,000 energy efficiency measures inclusive of ventilation upgrades to the social housing & private sectors. Measures including Solar PV, Air Source Heat Pumps, External Wall Insulation & other fabric upgrades.
